Location of Exhibits and Show Hours

The 2016 Slice of the Valley will be at Eastwood Expo Center on Saturday, January 16, 2016 from 4:30-7:30pm. Booth spaces will be assigned to vendors by the Warren Rotary on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. Specific locations cannot be guaranteed. All exhibits must remain set-up and staffed during the 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm time frame.

Installation and Removal

Set up is Saturday, January 16, 2016 from 2:30pm-4pm. No Exceptions. Removal may begin at 7:30 p.m.

Participation Requirements

You will need to provide approximately 200 slices of pizza to distribute to attendees. You may decorate your table and space as you wish. Advertise the event with stickers provided to you by the Warren Rotary. We ask that you attach these to every pizza box to help

promote the event.

Included with your Participation

Your booth includes an 8 foot table with 2 chairs and a 3×3 custom sign with wording of your choice. (Example: Logo, name and location, or your store menu.). Warren Rotary will also be using participant names in the promotion of the event, including public service announcements, press releases and print ads.

Cancellation

Because this is a charity event and you are not responsible to pay a booth fee, we ask that you make every effort not to cancel. If you have a situation that will not allow you or your staff to attend, please contact Tony at (330) 503-5539 so we can make additional arrangements.

Use of Exhibit

At least one person 16 or older must occupy the exhibit during event hours.

Care of Building and Equipment

Vendors and their agents must not injure or deface the walls or floors of the building, exhibit spaces, or equipment of the exhibited spaces. The vendor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged. All decoration materials must be fire retardant. Combustible materials or explosives are not permitted. The vendor shall also comply with all reasonable requests of officials of the Eastwood Expo Center and Warren Rotary Foundation with respect to the installation, conduct, and disassembly of its exhibits.

Materials

The vendors are solely and fully responsible for their own exhibit material and should insure it against loss or damage from any cause whatsoever. All property of a vendor is understood to remain in its care, custody, and control in transit to, from, or within the confines of Eastwood Expo Center.

Insurance

The vendor shall hold the Warren Rotary Foundation, Eastwood Expo Center and its individual members and/or volunteers harmless from any liability for damages to any person or propet1y upon or about the demised space for any cause whatsoever. The vendor may procure, at its own expense, public liability insurance. Warren Rotary or Eastwood Expo Center will not provide public liability insurance for the vendor. Warren Rotary shall not be responsible for or liable to any vendor for any loss or damage to person or property that may occur while arriving at, physically at, or leaving from the Event. Exhibitor shall be responsible for all injuries and damages to persons or propet1y resulting from the rental and occupation of said space by the vendor, and said vendor will not hold Warren Rotary responsible for any loss or damage caused through accident or injury of any kind.
